If you want to delete your account and the personal data associated with it, please follow the steps below:

How to Request Data Deletion

1. Send an email to soulbitechnologies@gmail.com with the subject line: "Delete My Account".

2. In your email, please include the phone number or email address linked with your Soulbi account.

3. Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and permanently delete your account along with all related data (name, email, phone number, booking history, etc.) within 7 working days.

In-App Deletion (if available)

➺ Open the Soulbi App
➺ Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account
➺ Confirm your request
