Soulbi.com is a handyman and home service booking platform that connects customers with verified vendors/service providers.
We only act as an intermediary platform. The responsibility of service quality, punctuality, and behavior rests with the respective service provider.
Users must provide accurate information while registering and booking services.
Users must ensure safe access for service providers to perform their work.
Any misuse, fraud, or illegal activity will result in account suspension or termination.
Vendors must complete the accepted booking on time and with professionalism.
Vendors are not allowed to overcharge customers beyond the fixed/agreed price shown in the app/website.
Vendors are responsible for their own tools, safety, and service quality.
All payments must be made through Soulbi.com’s secure payment system.
Wallet balance, offers, or credits are non-transferable and can only be used within the platform.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Cancellations and refunds will be handled according to the Soulbi.com Cancellation Policy (separate document).
Bonus or promotional credits are not refundable in cash.
Soulbi.com acts only as a connecting platform and does not provide the services directly.
We are not responsible for:
Any damage to property caused by service providers.
Any dispute between customer and vendor.
Any injury, delay, or negligence caused during service.
We value your privacy. All personal information is stored securely as per our Privacy Policy.
Soulbi.com will never share your data with unauthorized third parties without consent.
Users and vendors must not:
Engage in fraudulent bookings.
Circumvent Soulbi.com payments (cash/offline deals).
Post false reviews or defamatory content.
Use abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior.
Soulbi.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in [West Bengal].
